Terms of Service

Siza is a multi-service urban mobility platform operated by Siza Technologies Ltd, a company incorporated in Mauritius. The Platform is in pre-launch preparation and is not yet open for service in any market. By accessing or using our mobile applications, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

Siza provides a technology platform that connects passengers with independent transport providers ("Drivers"), facilitates shuttle bookings, delivery services, and bike sharing, and enables fleet owners to manage vehicle operations. Siza is not a transport operator, we provide the technology and marketplace; individual Drivers are independent contractors.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Siza. By registering, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Drivers must hold a valid driver's licence, meet all local regulatory requirements, and pass Siza's verification process before accepting trips.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must notify us immediately at legal@sizaride.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Siza will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account unless caused by our own negligence.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and applicable surges communicated to you before confirming a booking. By confirming a booking, you agree to pay the indicated fare.

Payments are processed through your Siza wallet or the payment methods supported in your region. Refunds for cancelled or disputed trips are handled in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy, available at sizaride.com/refunds.

Siza reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time, with changes taking effect on the fare quoted at time of booking.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Harass, threaten, or abuse Drivers, passengers, or Siza staff
• Attempt to circumvent the Platform's fare or matching systems
• Use automated tools to access the Platform without permission
• Interfere with the safety or security of any vehicle or person

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent banning of your account.

Drivers accept trips through the Siza Driver app as independent contractors. Siza does not employ Drivers and is not responsible for their actions beyond platform operations. Drivers must maintain valid insurance, licences, and vehicle roadworthiness at all times as required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siza's liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Siza in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Siza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Platform.

All content on the Platform, including the Siza name, logo, app designs, and technology, is owned by or licensed to Siza Technologies Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius, unless applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

For Nigerian users, applicable Nigerian consumer protection laws apply concurrently where required.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via app notification or email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
